1933 Start of staple production
1936 Taking over of the management by Raimund Beck
1945 Expulsion from the Sudetenland and temporary company shutdown
1949 Reestablishment of the company in Waldkraiburg/Upper Bavaria
1964 Collating of nails started for the first time
1967 Foundation of a local branch in Mauerkirchen/Upper Austria, today’s
headquarters of the group
1973 Independence of the Austrian company, from then on trading under the name of WSC
1973 Start of brad and pin production at WSC
1976 Taking over of the management of the group by Günther Beck
1989 Purchase of FASCO SpA in Bologna/Italy, which involved the transition to serving as a system provider
1989 Foundation of WELCON as an innovation center for welding techniques
1991 Purchase of FASCO AMERICA, INC. in Muscle Shoals/Alabama, which was built up as a distribution center for North America
1994 Renaming of WELCON to NTA, collating of the nails under this name

2002 Purchase of EMPIRE PRODUCTS in High Point, North Carolina, focus on serving the upholstery and furniture industry
2003 Consolidation of nail production by uniting CARL SCHMIDT company and “AUSTRIA DRAHT“ in Gutenstein
2003 Consolidating administration of FASCO AMERICA and EMPIRE PRODUCTS in Muscle Shoals, Alabama
2006 Foundation of BECK Shanghai, the representative office of the BECK Fastener Group in China for sounding out the market and distributing tools
