In his responsibility as global Chief Financial Controller of the BECK Fastener Group, Mr. Franz Esterbauer has played a decisive part in the long term and sustainable success of our organization. His consistency and his know-how in all financially relevant matters enabled the owning family Beck to concentrate on the fundamental segments of strategic corporate management in all other aspects. In the name of the owners, Mr. Christian Beck thanks Mr. Franz Esterbauer for the loyal and outstanding collaboration throughout the last 40 years and wishes him all the best for his well deserved retirement.
Mr. Markus Auer takes over the responsibility of the BECK Fastener Group’s financial management with immediate effect. Mr. Auer is graduated in business administration from the Munich university of applied sciences and has been with our company for four years.
With immediate effect, Mr. Reiner Stögbauer is in charge as General Manager of our Lower Austria based Carl Schmidt GmbH in Gutenstein. Mr. Stögbauer holds a diploma as a mechanical systems engineer from the Munich technical university. Since his arrival into our organization in 2003, he was the delegate of Mr. Esterbauer and solely responsible for all technically relevant matters of Carl Schmidt GmbH. |
