SubLoc® SCRAIL®:
FOR SUBFLOOR APPLICATIONS

What are the features of good subflooring? It does not squeak, takes a lot of strain and – most important – installs quickly. SubLoc® SCRAIL® fullfills all three requirements with ease. STRONGER than nails: SubLoc® SCRAIL® is coated with a especially developed adhesive, which provides dramatically improved holding power vs. ring shank nails. The fine threads ensure adjustment of the SubLoc® SCRAIL® after being driven in, which in turn greatly reduces squeaking. FASTER than screws: SubLoc® SCRAIL® can be driven with most common pneumatic nailers. This fact ensures a performance that is at least twice as fast as collated screws and eight time faster than bulk screws.

Wherever metal support joists are taken as an underlayment – whether it is light gauge steel construction, dry walling or deck installation - the SteelThread SCRAIL® circumvents the arduous and cumbersome efforts usually involved in fastening screws.

The SteelThread SCRAIL® is shot in like a collated nail with a pneumatic gun to connect gypsum or wood with steel.
The patent pending thread provides an excellent holding power in steel studs ranging from a thickness of 0.5 to 1.6 mm and allows easy removal or adjustment afterwards, without damaging the material.

The BeckDeck® SCRAIL® is a nail screw fastener with an especially developed double thread. It prevents unsightly mushrooming that can occur when a fastener is driven into composite material.
